Comcast Center - Philadelphia, PA

Comcast Center is a $725 million, 58-story, 1,253,000 RSF office development, which rises to a height of 975’ making it the tallest building in Philadelphia, and the tallest LEED® certified building in Pennsylvania. It achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2009.

As a transit oriented development, it serves as a gathering place for workers, residents, and visitors to the city. Working off this theme, the lobby of Comcast Center features a monumental work of public art by the American sculptor, Jonathan Borofsky, entitled “Humanity in Motion”.  A 27’ X 80’, 4mm LED wall complements the exhibit and displays hundreds of hours of original content, known as "The Comcast Experience," produced exclusively for Comcast Center by Niles Creative Group. Comcast Center's Winter Garden has become a must-see destination in downtown Philadelphia.
